Michael serves on the board of directors of Scrum Alliance, and is the Chair of the Audit & Finance Committee. He is a Vice President of Finance and CFO of Allianz Technology in the United States. Before that, he led the Global Accounting & Tax function at Allianz Technology in Europe. Michael held various finance roles, from leading M&A projects for transactions of up to $800M and SAP ERP implementations to reviewing technical accounting for complex business transactions. He was recognized as a Future Finance Leader by the Institute of International Finance.
