Madelynn Alford is the Vice President of Finance at Olli Salumeria, an artisanal salami maker, where she oversees financial operations, strategic planning and analysis, cash management, and accounting. Before joining Olli, she spent a year at New Culture, a Series A startup, building financial models and supporting fundraising efforts. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at Nestlé, delivering results across beverage, confections, supply chain, and corporate finance. During her tenure, she successfully transformed the business planning process for the U.S. market. Madelynn holds an MBA and a BS from California Lutheran University, with a focus on entrepreneurship and finance. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new local restaurants.
