Emil is the Vice President of Finance at Cherry, a financial technology company focused on buy-now-pay-later lending for healthcare. Emil joined Cherry from Hero Health, a B2C digital medication management and remote monitoring company and was previously with Total Brain, a B2B SaaS mental health company. Prior to that, Emil held several roles in private equity and investment banking, including at Corsair Capital, a global growth and private equity firm with $12bn in AUM, where he invested in financial and technology businesses in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Emil sits on the Board of SKY Schools, a premier Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) program that has impacted 111,000+ students, educators, and parents from 212 schools across the U.S. He is also a meditation instructor for the Art of Living Foundation, U.N. educational NGO with presence in more than 155 countries focused on health, sustainable development, conflict resolution, and disaster relief. Emil has a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
