Valeria is a finance executive with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams through transformation and growth. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Norstella, where she leads cross-functional finance teams spanning Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, and Tax. In this role, she drives strategic initiatives to increase profitability, scale global operations, and integrate multiple legacy businesses into a unified finance organization. She has been instrumental in two successful exits, most recently guiding Enfusion through its sale to Clearwater Analytics. During her three year tenure at Enfusion, she modernized the finance function and built a scalable, investor-ready organization. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at EY advising public companies on IPO readiness, M&A, and regulatory compliance. Recognized for building, upskilling, and right-sizing teams, she incorporates technology into HR strategy to maximize effectiveness and employee satisfaction. She is passionate about developing talent, fostering strong cultures, and enabling organizations to thrive through complex transitions.
