Kristin holds a CPA and a Master’s degree in International Financial Management. Prior to joining The Siegfried Group, Kristin served in both public accounting and private industry. Kristin served PwC in Paris and was at Mazars in Berlin, New Delhi and New York City. She has significant experience delivering audit, advisory and financial due diligence services to clients in the United States and abroad. Her background in Europe, India, and the United States gives her unique insight into client issues as well as cross-border transactions. Being with The Siegfried Group, Kristin is focusing on M&A integration as well as Financial Advisory projects of Fortune 500 and Private Equity companies as well as Start-Up's. Kristin has a passion for financial modeling and valuation and obtained an external certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (FMVA).
