Richard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, treasury, and strategic management across commercial and housing sectors. He began his career in London’s commercial sector, including roles with a FTSE 100 company and the NHS. Over the past five years, Richard has focused on the Housing sector, establishing financial planning functions at Golding Homes, leading long-term business planning and treasury at Settle Group, and currently serving as Head of FP&A and Treasury at West Kent Housing Association.
