He serves as the finance partner for market units within the EMEA region, with his team providing detailed analysis of financial results and collaborating with these units to develop financial plans. His team also establishes the performance framework, ensuring alignment of interests across diverse stakeholders. As part of this responsibility, Lewis provides senior management with insights into the company's performance compared to key competitors and evaluates strategic options to optimize overall performance. Before joining Swiss Re, Lewis worked as an equity analyst, offering portfolio managers investment ideas through in-depth financial analysis of a broad range of companies.
