Record of setting up good process & methodologies, developing able teams and balancing needs of several parties. Prior to PlaySimple games, I worked in Financial due diligence (Big 4) for several years (corporate and VC/PE clients) writing investor focused reports which included valuation adjustments and steps before closing. This created a foundation in financial analysis and helped understand business from different vantage points i.e., founders, investors, and senior Finance professionals.
