Himanshu Kher is Chief Financial Officer at Axi, based in London, a role he has held since May 2020. Prior to Axi, Himanshu was Group Treasurer at LMAX Group, where he built high-performing teams and directed the firm's global treasury function, generating £1 million in interest income through new banking relationships and renegotiating debt to save over £2 million annually. He previously served as Group Treasurer at IG, establishing the company's first treasury function, leading its CASS committee and a CASS regulation forum with the Financial Conduct Authority and Bank of England, and completing IG's first £100 million bullet loan alongside its first credit rating process with Fitch. Earlier in his career, Himanshu was Director of Treasury (Director & COO, Treasury Investments) at Barclays Investment Bank, and worked as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group.
