Madelynn Alford is the Head of Finance at New Culture, a pioneering animal-free dairy startup at the forefront of sustainable food innovation. She leads the organization’s financial operations, strategic planning and analysis, cash management and accounting activities. She also oversees New Culture's facilities and people operations functions. Previously, she spent twelve years at Nestle, delivering results across beverage, confections, supply chain and corporate finance. During her tenure she successfully transformed the business planning process for the US market. She has an MBA and a BS from California Lutheran University, with focus on entrepreneurship and finance. Outside of work, Madye can be found exploring new local restaurants.
