Delphine Le Romain is Vice President of Finance, Americas at Dyson, based in Chicago, a role she has held since February 2023. She is a senior finance executive with a track record of leading complex, multi-market businesses across North America and Europe, with accountability for full P&L, balance sheet, cash, and performance across businesses up to $2 billion. Before her current role, Delphine held Finance Director positions at Dyson covering Southern Europe and France, and served as Finance Director for Philips' Personal Health business in France. Earlier in her career, she spent over seven years at L'Oréal in roles spanning Finance Manager for Travel Retail EMEA, Senior Financial Controller, Group Internal Auditor, Business Unit Controller, and Marketing Controller. Known for combining financial rigor with strong business acumen and a collaborative, people-centered leadership style, Delphine is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
