Joy Mbanugo has served as Chief Financial Officer of CXApp since August 2024. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, and business operations across diverse industries. Joy holds a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University, a Master of Accountancy from Case Western Reserve University, and a double bachelor's degree in Accounting and Black World Studies from Miami University of Ohio. Previously, Joy was CFO at ServiceRocket, leading Finance, Accounting, People teams. She spent five years at Google, evaluating Cloud Partnerships and Solutions, Controllership, Treasury, and Tax and optimizing management of over $100 billion in treasury assets. Before that, she led taxation initiatives at BlackRock and provided tax and audit services to financial services clients during a 12-year tenure at EY. Beyond her corporate career, Joy is a private investor and operating partner focused on supporting startups and women-led ventures. Her mission is to inspire individuals to reach their full potential and achieve ultimate success.
