David Dang has over 20 years of FP&A experience and has held various finance leadership roles within the entertainment/media industries (Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., Disney) to the technology consumer space (Amazon, LinkedIn, Intuit, Zendesk). Mr. Dang is currently the Head of Strategic Finance, Growth Initiatives at Lyft, where he is responsible for all aspects of FP&A, Sales/RevOps, and Deal Desk. He believes that Finance should not simply be a cost center that reports out the numbers, but should play an advisory role to the business. Help drive the business on where investment and resource allocations by being a key stakeholder. He received an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BS in Accounting from the University of La Verne, and a Certificate in Strategy/Risk from Stanford University.
