During his tenure at Everspin, the company became profitable, debt free, cash flow positive and increased market cap by 50%. He was instrumental in reducing the close process by 1 month while removing the company’s material weakness. Prior to Everspin, Mr. Aggarwal held senior leadership roles at Patheon (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific), where he led strategic deal negotiations, financial planning, and business unit support. During his 15+ year tenure at Intel Corporation, he developed deep expertise in the semiconductor industry, contributing to patent portfolio optimization, supply chain strategies, manufacturing strategy, cost-reduction initiatives, and business unit support through various finance leadership roles.
