David Forlizzi is an operationally focused Chief Financial Officer with mid-sized public/private backed tech companies. David focuses on developing rigorous processes and metrics to partner with the organization in order to align on the core strategic objectives and measurements. David has over 25 years of professional experience (more than half in the capacity of CFO) in the tech industry. Currently, he serves as CFO for Veracode, a cybersecurity SaaS company, where he is responsible for overseeing Veracode’s global financial, sales ops, and IT functions. David was previously CFO at Infovista, a global software and services company, where he led the finance, HR, legal and IT departments. He has also held leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston and Europe, advising technology companies on their financial, growth and business strategies. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Bentley University. Also, David is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Massachusetts. He is fluent in French and lived in Europe for 5+ years with extensive international business experience and travel.
