Orli Shvartzman is a Boston-based strategic finance leader with nearly two decades of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across the healthcare sector, including roles at Inozyme Pharma, Lantheus Medical Imaging, BiOM (iWalk), Covidien (now Medtronic), and Boston Scientific. She currently serves as the Head of Corporate FP&A at Balt, where she drives cross-functional alignment, financial strategy, and data-driven decision-making to support the organization's growth. Orli has deep expertise in scaling finance functions, ERP and EPM implementations, and leading financial planning from pre-clinical through commercial stages. Her experience spans U.S. and international markets. She is known for championing digital transformation, cross-cultural collaboration, and business partnerships at every level of the enterprise.
