Jody Salbo is a results-driven leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors in FP&A, strategic management, and operations improvement. She began her career in the banking industry working for Lehman Brothers and the Bank of New York in a variety of banking and FP&A roles. Exploring her passion for making a positive impact, she worked in corporate philanthropy at JP Morgan Chase and then transitioned to the nonprofit sector. Jody worked as the Deputy Director of the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Africa Program and as the Director of Business Management at the ASPCA, as well as a consultant for various nonprofit organizations. She is currently the Director of FP&A at Engel & Völkers, a luxury real estate brand. Jody holds a MBA from the Yale School of Management and a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University, as well as a certification in Conservation Biology from Columbia University.
