She leads strategic finance support across R&D, Commercial, and G&A functions. With more than 15 years of experience spanning FP&A, corporate strategy, financial modeling, and business transformation, she helps leadership make informed decisions that support growth, innovation, and long-term value creation. Jessica translates complex financial and operational dynamics into clear, decision-ready tools for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and brings a builder's mindset to modernizing FP&A processes across a fast-growing biotech through automation, AI, and scalable planning solutions. She believes finance delivers the greatest value when it empowers better decisions and strengthens cross-functional partnerships across the business.
