Jennifer Gates, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Pegasystems since August 2019, Jennifer leads strategic financial support for global Cloud and Product R&D organizations and collaborates with senior leaders to enhance data-informed decision-making and optimize financial resources. Previous roles at Pegasystems include Senior Manager and Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis, focusing on product and General & Administrative support. Prior experience includes positions at MFS Investment Management and Oliver Wyman, where Jennifer gained expertise in financial accounting and analysis. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University and a Master of Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
