AI beyond technology: Why behavior change is finance’s biggest challenge
AI is transforming finance — but the biggest obstacle isn’t technology, it’s behavior. Implementing advanced analytics and automation requires more than new systems; it demands a shift in mindset, decision-making, and collaboration across the organization. In this session, we’ll explore why adoption often stalls despite sophisticated tools, and how finance leaders can drive meaningful change. Attendees will learn: - How finance can act as a catalyst or gatekeeper for AI adoption in the enterprise. - Strategies to overcome resistance, build trust in AI-driven insights, and influence organizational behavior. - Real-world examples of how behavior-focused approaches unlock the full potential of AI. This session moves beyond dashboards and algorithms to examine the human and cultural factors that determine whether AI delivers true value — positioning finance as both a strategic advisor and change leader in the AI era.
