Bina Negandhi is a finance leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning the pharmaceutical services and technology sectors. Her career has been shaped by a passion for building strong financial organizations, enabling data-driven decision making, and partnering with leadership teams to drive sustainable growth. Originally from Kenya, she completed her ACCA qualification in the UK in her mid-twenties before relocating to the United States nearly three decades ago. She spent more than 20 years at Parexel, where she held a variety of finance leadership roles culminating in Senior Director of FP&A. During that time, she supported global operations and strategic initiatives in the clinical research industry while building strong, high-performing finance teams. Following Parexel, she continued her leadership journey in the life sciences services sector with Charles River Laboratories and Cytel, further expanding her experience in financial strategy, planning, and operational partnership. Three years ago, she made a deliberate pivot into the SaaS industry and currently serves as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Semrush. In this role, she leads the FP&A organization supporting a fast-growing global technology company, helping guide strategic planning, investment decisions, and performance management for a business with significant recurring revenue scale.
