Zack Welsh is a procurement and strategic sourcing leader with extensive experience driving cost savings, supplier performance, and operational efficiency across global organizations. As Senior Procurement Manager at Vertice, he helps businesses optimize spend, improve procurement processes, and unlock greater value through strategic vendor management. Prior to Vertice, Zack held procurement leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Co., Alteryx, and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Throughout his career, he has led sourcing initiatives across technology, professional services, raw materials, and manufacturing categories, delivering significant savings while strengthening supplier partnerships and improving business outcomes. At Anheuser-Busch InBev, Zack managed procurement programs supporting more than 200 vendors across the United States and Canada, overseeing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives. He also served on the company’s strategic sourcing team, leading cross-functional projects focused on efficiency, cash flow improvements, and value creation. Known for his collaborative approach and commercial mindset, Zack brings expertise in procurement strategy, supplier management, contract negotiations, and business transformation. He is passionate about helping organizations build resilient supply chains and position procurement as a strategic driver of growth and innovation.
