Ron Darbouze is a Senior Corporate Finance Professional with deep expertise in FP&A, data-driven decision-making, and scenario planning. Based in Austin, TX, he has built a career optimizing financial operations at leading firms, including CBRE, Amherst, and Invitation Homes. At Invitation Homes, he was part of the team that professionalized the Single-Family Rental industry—enhancing operations, cutting costs, and strengthening financial management—culminating in the company’s $1.54 billion IPO in 2017, the largest real estate IPO at the time. He also contributed to the $11 billion merger with Starwood Waypoint, which created the largest single-family rental company in the U.S. He has led portfolio analysis, acquisition scenario planning, and financial system implementations that drive efficiency and strategic growth. Today, he is a Finance Director on CBRE’s Global Property Management team. He also leverages his expertise through finance consulting, helping businesses implement robust FP&A strategies. In addition, he serves on the Regional Board of the Thrivent Member Network – Texas Region.
