Finance networking labs
Six focused working sessions run concurrently. Choose the challenge that matters most to you and get to work. This is not a passive discussion. Each table is structured around a live problem, guided by a senior finance leader, and built around a shared working document so the group leaves with a tangible output, not just conversation notes. You’ll debate assumptions, pressure-test approaches, and build a draft framework together in real time. A snapshot of this year’s working topics: - AI and automation readiness: Where to invest, what to streamline, and how to lead change without losing control - Personal growth in finance leadership: Managing up, influencing laterally, and earning executive trust - Strengthening the FP&A and controller partnership for faster, cleaner decisions - Evolving business partnership: Aligning finance, product, and strategy around measurable outcomes By the end of the session, you won’t just have perspectives. You’ll leave with a shared playbook you can adapt inside your own organization.
